Directors:
Angela
Elniff-Larsen is a highly experienced strategic
development professional, having served for a number of years as Chief
Executive of Community Enterprise Wales. Previously to this, she was the
Business Development Director for a major Regional Development Agency. She has
been involved in developing mentoring programmes for niche and mainstream
entrepreneurs, senior managers in local authorities and the private sector,
Post Graduate Masters students and voluntary sector organisations.
Her skills have been utilised in various major management of change management projects. Her key
skill lies in her ability to work at all levels successfully. She is able to
work at both visionary and practical levels which ensure sustainability and
successful She has established and delivered over thirty community enterprise
initiatives, two projects and family centres. In addition, she has been engaged with the development of a number of
training initiatives for women, young people, long term unemployed and other
excluded groups. She also has a great deal experience in rural economics and
regeneration.
Lesley
Dale-Lace worked for six years for the Greater
Lesley has also operated social
enterprises as successful businesses and understands the challenges that they
face. Lesley also has expertise in public procurement, bid writing and
management (public and corporate) risk management and business continuity
planning. She also acts as a mentor for the School for Social Entrepreneurs in
Liverpool.
